Rent our holter monitor

The Atlanta Doberman Pinscher Club makes our Holter monitor available for rent to anyone interested who lives within the state of Georgia, even if you are not a club member. The monitor is rented to club members, regardless of where they live, at no charge. Following is an overview of the equipment, accompanying kit materials and our rental process: 

EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN LEASE AGREEMENT:

• Alba DR200 Holter monitor & vest
• (1) set of leads
• (1) SM card
• (1) SM card reader
• Instructions and accompanying documents

CONTENTS OF ACCESSORIES KIT:

• (1) AA battery
• (1) package of electrodes
• (1) patient diary

RENTAL PROCESS:

• Holter monitor equipment & kit will be shipped via USPS 
• Lessee pays shipping costs & insurance fees 
• Equipment (monitor, vest, instructions) must be returned within one week of agreed-upon return date; late fees apply
• Lessee is responsible for keeping the unit in good condition, for proper use and for cleaning the unit in accordance with instructions prior to returning
• Lessee is responsible for replacement value if unit is damaged or lost

PRICING: 

For Club Members:

• No charge for rental
• Accessory kits @ $10 each
• Shipping and insurance via UPS

For Non-Club Members:

• $70 per dog for one dog
• $60 per dog for two dogs
• $50 each for three or more dogs
• Accessory kits @ $10 each
• Shipping and insurance via UPS
